Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may extend to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Australia (Domestic)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping We ship to select destinations including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Israel.

• Standard International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping thresholds may be offered during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT INCLUDED in your order total or shipping cost and are responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they will be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier before or upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
